I love these fish, they're like the fresh water barracuda of the UK to me. A lot of photographers dismiss quarries as locations where good photographs can be made. There's a paricular technique needed to shoot these fish properly, as their scales and skin are highly reflective. Getting close is vital in poor visbility.
